In Nigeria private vehicles have Blue lettering on a white background, Commercial Vehicles has Red lettering on a white background while Government vehicles has Green lettering on a white background.

And what if you see it in opposite side like this (AA 123-ABK) what does it mean this format (AA-123 ABK) was introduced first introduced in 1992 and it was later changed to (ABK 123 AA) so both of them are still the same the only thing that different is the year it was introduced.
