In 2007 Niger State federal house of representatives election there are 10 members in the state 8 members was elected from people democratic party PDP and other members was elected from All Nigeria people party ANPP

Hon. Baba Shehu Agaie represented Agaie/Lapai constituency, Hon. Isah Shaba Ibn Bello represented Bida/Gbako/katcha constituency, Hon. James Baitachi represented Bosso/Paikoro constituency, Hon. Muktar M. Ahmed represented Gurara/Suleja/Tafa constituency, Hon. Danladi M. Liman represented Edati/Lavun/Mokwa constituency, Hon. Mohammed K. Darangi Reprensented Magama/Rijau constituency, Hon. Jibo Muhammed represented Agwara/Borgu constitution, Hon. Mikail Al-Amin Bmitoshahi Reprensented Chanchaga constituency all won on the party of Peoples Democratic party PDP

While Hon. Musa S. B. Usman Reprensented Kotangora/Wushishi/Mariga/Mashegu constituency and Hon. Bala Adamu Kuta represented Shiroro/Rafi/Munyn constituency won on the party of All Nigeria people party ANPP
